Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted to accounts and billing department of Firebird Fiberglass Products, Inc. (Roadside Relics.Com). You may submit your cancellation requests by email, fax and/or direct mail or phone. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our accounts or billing department. The confirmation email or number given by accounts department of Firebird Fiberglass Products, Inc. (Roadside Relics.Com) will act as a proof of the cancellation of service. All cancellations will result in a 20% restocking fee, since all products are custom made per order.

Refund Policy
Firebird Fiberglass Products, Inc. (Roadside Relics.Com), all items are custom orders and NO refunds are available. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.

Firebird Fiberglass Products, Inc. (Roadside Relics.Com) does not provide refunds; since all products are custom make per order. Firebird Fiberglass Products, Inc. (Roadside Relics.Com) does not offer any refund for the transaction charges, there is, however, a 20% restocking fee attached to all returned items.

Shipping Policy
All custom products ship within 2-3 weeks of receiving the final design agreement or verbal agreement.

Damaged to items resulting from shipping
Any damage to items will be the sole responsibility of the shipping company (carrier) and Customer and NOT the responsibility of Firebird Fiberglass Products, Inc. (Roadside Relics).

Modification
Firebird Fiberglass Products, Inc. (Roadside Relics.Com) reserves the right to modify any provisions of the cancellation or refund policy without any notice.
